So yes, I'll readily admit it: I'm a bum. I haven't kept up with the blog in a loooong time. I hear you! My reason? Eh... The short story is, I'm a regular person. I get tired, I get distracted, I get unmotivated, I get caught up in my day to day life and put some things off that may not be high up on my priority list. Sound familiar? For a lot of us, fitness does the same thing; we'll reason that other things are way more important than working out or eating better and, before you know it, its been a year since you last did anything. So what's the solution? Admit and acknowledge your actions then try again. No one is motivated everyday but we have a chance everyday to be a little better than the day before.
